    Requirements

    • Category Management, Sales, and Analytical Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data and market trends.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a plus
    • English is mandatory
    It would be beneficial for the candidate to have experience in customer and client relations, have knowledge of the retail market, and to have excellent time management and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Brand/category strategy, marketing plans and inputs are collected from Brand Managers and translated in sales activities to Sales force team.
    • Develop information about customers and shopper behaviors and transform every data in specific plans & objectives at channel levels.
    • Lead the execution of Commercial plans and activities for every channel: Retail, Traditional Trade, Food Service.
    • Input on product stock and planning/production.
    • Trade Promo Activations - Responsibility and management of the Trade promo plan & budget in connection with RGM Department at channel & cluster level.
    • Develop & offer support to Sales Force Team and ensure implementation of excellent outlet execution (Channel planogram; instore visibility).
    • Develop POSM to be place at point of sales.
    • Management of new products launches.
    • Commercial field visits – design to supervise the implementation of activation, instore execution
