    Requirements

    Proven work experience as a Junior Recruiter, HR Intern, or a similar role in the Human Resources department;
    Strong interest in IT Recruitment and Human Resources;
    Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite and other applicable software applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF);
    Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus;
    Attention to detail;
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    Proactivity and orientation towards solutions;
    Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn;
    Good organizational skills;
    Bachelor’s degree (preferably in human resources, business, communications, or similar field);
    Good knowledge of English.

    Responsibilities

    Drafting job posts and promoting them through all recruitment channels;
    Sourcing and attracting candidates by using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods;
    Screening candidate resumes;
    Conducting initial phone screenings;
    Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews with hiring managers;
    Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs;
    Tracking candidate activity and providing communication & updates on positions and selected candidates to hiring managers;
    Maintaining a strong and professional relationship with the candidates;
    Keep the candidate database accurate and up-to-date to facilitate efficient talent acquisition and management.
