    Facem parte din Central European Media Enterprises Ltd., o companie de media și divertisment care continuă să desfășoare activități de conducere în principal pe patru piețe din Europa Centrală și de Est: Bulgaria, Republica Cehă, România și Slovacia Republică.

    Requirements

    5+ years of experience working in digital media preferred– Publisher or Agency experience in Operations;
    Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment;
    Solid experience with Google Ad Manager and/or other Google Marketing Platform products;
    Solid experience in Publisher side ad technology platforms – (Ad Server, OMS, DMP, SSP);
    Minimum experience in Analytics tools.

    Responsibilities

    Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide report, insight, strategy, and dashboard related to advertising and content;
    Develop, forecast, plan and manage key metrics of business performance;
    Preparing daily dashboard for advertising sales team and content teams;
    Formulating conclusions and recommendations to support product and business decisions;
    Partner with key stakeholders from content, VOD and advertising teams to support the data driven decision-making;
    Develop and implement revenue models for all programmatic ad products covering inventory from all CME countries;
    Analyze Programmatic CPM, impression and revenue delivery trend across all channels, partners, platforms, devices, and ad types;
    Continuously research Programmatic market shifts to understand the latest trends on Programmatic spending by different verticals and advertisers;
    Analyze bid CPM to help determine different buyers behavior across direct and indirect channels and their demand for certain inventory segments;
    Establish an effective bridge between Programmatic and Traffic, focusing on operational communication, documentation, and workflow.
