Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. Responsibilities

• Provides support for reporting of relevant packs : Actual , Forecast , Budget , perform pre-closing checks, support month-end and year-close process.
• Preparation of financial analysis reports, Budget, Forecast.
• Calculation and follow-up of accruals & provisions.
• Issue invoices for customers and follow-up payments with SSC team.
• Ensure correct booking/ allocation of cost, perform monthly analyses at cost center level.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly required Local Declarations for BNR, National Institute of Statistics, follow-up R&D cost for projects in relation with Local Authorities: Subsidy, R&D Incentive etc.  
• Responsible for reading, understanding and applying internal procedures, document Internal Control for area of responsibility.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports
• Participate to physical inventories (year-end inventory)

• min 2-3 years previous financial background (financial analysis, reporting).
• Ability to work with multiple financial tools.
• Excel knowledge
• Microsoft Office skills
• SAP knowledge
• Very good communication skils 
• Proficiency in English
• University degree in Finance field
