• University Degree in a technical field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Very good knowledge of specific legislation;
• Experience in using SAP is mandatory;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory;
• Driving license, category B, is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of English is a must, German is an advantage;
• Leadership, communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.

• Responsible for the maintenance of buildings, exterior design and all constructions belonging to the company's complex;
• Specifies requirements for exterior repairs, maintenance works, service and services, so that the purchasing department presents at least 3 offers on the principle of Best price and best execution quality;
• Monitors and controls internal and external repairs, respectively service and maintenance;
• Responsible for construction/technical receptions regarding facilities, buildings and installations (Reception protocol, according to Romanian legislation);
• Aims to remedy the problems occurred during the warranty period of the buildings and equipment, ensuring that the necessary repairs are carried out so as to ensure the continuity of the business;
• Responsible for planning the maintenance of building-related equipment and orders of materials necessary to carry out preventive maintenance;
• Plan the installation of new production lines and the relocation of equipment and is responsible for updating the layout of production and office spaces;
• Assists in inspections and audits on the production side as well as insurer inspections (VdS insurance, Environmental 14001, ISO 45001 EHS, IATF, fire fighting);
• Responsible for calculating and securing the necessary energy supply (Energy quotas).
