Your qualifications

• Understand social media and internet terms/functions

• Are elf-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a high volume
• Have a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle constructive criticism

Job description
In this dynamic role, you'll do content moderation for our client. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role
As a Content Reviewer on our team, you will:
• Review and approve video and online content in file transfers in alignment with client and business guidelines
• Efficiently and accurately moderate and audit uploads taking into consideration both the needs of customers and the client policies and procedures
• Provide accurate monitoring of content with just one view and at rapid speed
• Objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Adhere to quick turnaround times, under 24 hours
• Review content, video, image and audio with the main purpose of keeping the website a safe place for users
