    Overview

    We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for Delivery and Leadership of specific Towers or Workstreams within a Strategic Technical Infrastructure Programmes across the Foundational Services area in Datacenters, Networks, Digital Services, On Prem Cloud and the future state 'as a service' offerings.

    Strong alignment with the central PMO, Risk and COO offices to ensure adherence to LSEG Governance, Change and Standards governance. Ownership of Programme Financials, Risks and delivery metrics. Accountable for driving compliance to I&C and enterprise policies and standards.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Actively Leads all phases of the technical transformation project (s) within the designated area using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Full accountability for Governance and Reporting, Resourcing against scope and budget
    • Working alongside Finance to jointly own and be accountable for financial and budgetary planning and compliance as well as delivery against Integration Synergy targets.
    • Proactivity handles risk and change, both programme and operational
    • Leadership alongside Programme Director and functional Lead of Operational and cultural shift alongside execution of specific Project deliverables and Outcome
    • Member of the Senior Project Management community both globally and locally in Bucharest

    Leadership responsibilities

    • Effectively communicates to senior partners including business leaders, technology CIOs and key partners across technology.
    • Represent Head of Programme Management
    • Own Governance status and review
    • Engage with COO and Business Aligned Programme Delivery leadership as well as IMO Office

    Critical deliverables

    • Delivery Project Workstream (s)
    • Adherence of team's adoption of I&C Programme Governance and overall LSEG Change Framework
    • Manage & Meet Financial and Non-Financial Outcomes
    • Actively manage risk


    Required Skills

    • 10+ Years Technology Programme Delivery within financial services industry
    • Strong Technical delivery and Governance background having set up programmes from inception
    • Working experience with both Agile and Waterfall
    • Delivery of c10m + Programme of work in similar field
    • Validated experience Establishing Programme Governance
    • Strong Finance and analytical background to manage large scale programme accounting

    Business and sector expertise

    • Financial market Programme Delivery
    • Understanding of business-critical regulated infrastructure and risk requirements

    Leadership and management experience

    • Team leadership both Project and Agile teams
    • Experience of technical programme governance process as chair
    • Strong partnership management
