University graduate and economic background

Previous experience in Order to Cash or other Finance Operations process

German and English mandatory

Good MS Office, especially Excel

Team player, flexible and communicative

This role is a key one in the communication between international project teams and top management.

Project Controlling and Closing

Create Invoices in SAP and manage Email communication with BE Germany Managers:

Validate information in timesheets and billing documentation (WIP before/after billing, write-off, identify errors) against SAP data.

Sort out any uncertainties directly with EM.

Create invoice proposal in SAP and send to SAP approval workflow.

Send invoice to the customer. Possible handling of upload to supplier tools (ex. Ariba)

Monitor emails and communicate with EMs over a mailbox.

Respond to billing questions from EMs.

Contract Management

Check contract-related documentation against the checklist to establish its correctness.

Liaise with connected departments to solve possible unclarities and issues.

Create a contract in SAP.
