We are looking for an Operational support specialist with an advanced French language level, a persistent and result-oriented person who is passionate about Human Resources.
The Operational support specialist will support The FBLA region with activities in the area of recruitment, learning & and development, and performance administration.
ecruitment
Manage administrative tasks regarding the recruitment process:
Job posting using agreed sourcing channels
HR interviews scheduling: scheduling of interviews via the recruiting tool and in the Outlook calendar
Drafting Employment Contracts
Sending rejection letters for non-accepted employees;
Learning and Development
Manage administrative tasks: arranging with HRLs on the list of participants, enrollment of candidates, managing cancellations and waiting lists, scheduling training, manage all logistic aspects, conducting training assessment;
Manage CPF personal files for all employees;
Realize training assessment (satisfaction survey);
Manage the maintenance of training catalog;
Provide communications & news;
Update all information and training material in dedicated Teams rooms.
Performance Administration
Manage activities related to the performance administration for BearingPoint in the FBLA region within the performance administration internal tool;
launch objective setting forms for new employees;
create and run different reports regarding the performance process;
answer daily requests received from employees/assistance in using the performance tool
Update of the employee organizational structure in SAP and performance tool
