University degree in Technical Engineering
Previous experience in a similar position
Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem-solving
Communication and organisation skills
English - Intermediate/Advanced
SAP - constitues avantage
MS Office operating knowledge (Excel, Word)
Availability to travel to Italy and Switzerland

Establish and maintain appropriate KPI’s to check actual condition versus target, define corrective measure in case of deviations
Able to identify root causes of component failures, propose and implement appropriate actions
Analyze losses & waste and propose improvements to eliminate them
Follow change management flow on customers notifications
Good knowledge on industrial machines and maintenance program
Drives continuous improvement to existing manufacturing processes and provide support for their implementation
Knowledge of the following tools is an advantage: NI LabView, SPEA Leonardo
Development of test programs on SPEA flying probe machine for the automatic testing of electronic boards
Maintain in good condition the automatic testing systems and applications for different electronic boards
Regular inspection of test equipment to avoid problems
