Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in similar role or field
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers used for strategic and key decisions
- Strong analytics skills and are able to manipulate data sets to provide insight
- A focus on accuracy and details
- A University Degree or similar
- Assure data quality of marketing sourced leads and improve the MQL process, eliminating duplicates currently created during that process
- Manage marketing data loads for various campaigns and initiatives ensuring data quality and timeliness throughout the process
- Design and implement data cleansing processes to improve data quality
- Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to correct and update inaccurate data
- Analyze and assess the quality of data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
- Define and track key data quality metrics to measure and monitor improvements over time
- Create and maintain data quality dashboards and reports for management visibility
- Document data quality rules, standards, and procedures
- Implement automated data quality checks and validations to streamline the monitoring process as available within the current toolset
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on business operations
- Work closely with IT teams to address technical issues affecting data quality
