Job Description

• Develop strategies for business growth, focusing on market analysis to pinpoint new expansion opportunities.
• Oversee expansion projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, partners, and contractors to facilitate the expansion process.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential sites for new stores. Evaluate each location's feasibility, cost, and benefits.
• Actively search for suitable spaces and negotiate with property owners for the opening of new stores. Secure favorable terms and conditions for lease or purchase.
• Ensure that all expansion activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Remain informed about legislative changes affecting expansion plans.
• Keep detailed records of expansion activities and regularly update management on progress.
• Address challenges in the expansion process promptly and efficiently, providing practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university, ideally in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in market expansion with specific knowledge of the Bucharest market dynamics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships.
• Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data reporting tools.
