    Overview

    We are looking for a Change & Employee Experience Specialist with proven experience in change management and programme delivery. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication strategies that support organisational change initiatives. Also, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and clear messaging, fostering a culture of transparency and engagement. Our target audience extends beyond the engineering community to include the wider organization. We are set to deliver a creative program of work, including town halls, engagement initiatives, workshops, tech challenges, and learning, all communicated through a carefully crafted communication approach.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Defines, documents, and executes projects with moderate-large size and complexity, actively participating in all phases, working across multiple programmes, with varying demands and objectives.

    • Partner with Leadership, Project Stakeholders and Sponsors to achieve business objectives / outcomes

    • Deliver regular and timely communications through project lifecycle to ensure stakeholder engagement

    • Deliver operational scorecards/dashboards in partnership with Performance Excellence

    • Developing and implementing effective change communication strategies.

    • Coordinating with various departments to implement communication plans.

    • Monitoring and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

    • Managing stakeholders and addressing their concerns with business systems change and transformation.

    • Engaging with external and customer communication to make sure there is consistency of messaging and approach

    • Communicating upcoming changes to the wider organisation proactively in a simple and easy-to-understand manner

    • Provide feedback loop between end users/various collaborators into the project to ensure mitigation of risks and eliminate any potential blockers to implementation / adoption

    What would you be doing?

    You'll be responsible for managing projects from end to end, which will include collaborating across functional teams to ensure all change components are effectively managed and tailored from the central programme capability.

    You will formulate change communications plans and activities to support programme delivery initiatives and also develop, implement and communicate strategies and key messages in clear and concise language using a variety of communication materials/media.

    Required Skills

    • Excellent project management skills.

    • Proficient knowledge and expertise in performing change communications projects.

    • Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.

    • Experience in delivering exceptional stakeholder management.

    • Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct data analysis in Microsoft Excel and identify data points critical for decision making; Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

    • Eagerness to learn the business and understand detailed business requirements.

    • Experience working with cross functional teams.

    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
