    Qualifications

    Desired expertise:

    • You have at least 2 years of experience in order management or project coordination.
    • You have cross-disciplinary knowledge and a solid background in cross-functional processes.
    • You have previous experience in customer service.
    • You are an advanced user of the MS Office package;

    Job Description

    Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

    • You will coordinate all sample-related activities within a project, from quotation until delivery and invoicing.
    • You will retrieve information from the Customer on future sample needs, ensure timely availability of sample forecast and distribute the information internally.
    • You will align with Engineering and the Sample Shop to gather all necessary technical information on product variants, sample maturity and sample costs.
    • You will define the sample prices and prepare the quotation drafts to be sent to Sales Management for internal approval.
    • You will offer support on documenting sample material and tooling costs upon alignments with Engineering and Sales Management.
    • You will follow-up with Engineering and Sample Shop on technical definition and component availability.
    • You will follow-up on the sample delivery plan with Engineering and Sample Shop and keep the Customer informed on the sample order status.
    • You will ensure that all internal cross-regional sample ordering flows are in place.
    • You will offer support in solving bottlenecks in the invoicing process and track invoice payments for sample deliveries.
    • You will ensure and follow customer communication;
    • You will ensure and follow internal communication with Sales/Project Management, Engineering, Sample Shop, Logistics, Accounts Payable.
