    Role description

    The Project Manager is responsible for the governance and project management initiatives within the Security department. The Project Manager will ensure that the activities of the Security projects workstreams are managed in a consistent manner, while challenging progress made and ensure proper governance over decisions needed for work to be signed off. The Project Manager will also help the different teams to mitigate the project risks and dependencies to make sure there is progress towards the project's milestones. All these activities are needed to help the program to deliver against the shared objectives and goals.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Applying structured methodology and managing project/change management activities
    • Managing the successful delivery of the end-to-end project lifecycle
    • Contributing to the project scoping and planning by helping to document the project goal, KPIs, roadmap and main deliverables
    • Creating clear planning documents together with involved teams and tracking progress of the milestones while challenging the outcomes
    • Maintaining the risk register, dependency tracker, action log and program charter
    • Supporting in the drafting of recurring reporting to the various committees including the steering and operating committees as well as taking minutes of these meetings
    • Engaging and influencing stakeholders inside and, if required, outside of the organization to help drive project outcomes

    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Previous relevant experience of 3-5 years
    • Strong project management skills and understanding approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
    • Good problem solving and root cause identification skills
    • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships (both within a team and with across functions)
    • Ability to communicate in 1:1 and small groups; Strong influencer in 1:1
    • Strong presentation skills including strong spreadsheet and presentation software skills
    • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Advanced English knowledge
