    Requirements

    Fluency in English and Spanish;
    Bachelor's degree or related experience;
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;

    Responsibilities

    Drafting and processing contracts documentation for products and services, including partner agreements.
    Negotiate non-standard contract terms
    Assist with pre-sales negotiations structuring the deals and review of contracts for appropriateness and compliance with company policies and relevant accounting principles
    Ensure compliance with Oracle guidelines and policies.
    Perform other related tasks or special projects when requested.

    A Deal Specialist's role is to act as a partner for Oracle Sales force, in a multicultural environment, by creating high quality contract documentation, in a timely manner, necessary for closing the deals between Oracle and its customers. You will be responsible to provide quality assistance to structure and negotiate contracts in a timely manner. You will be expected to work collaboratively with multiple departments within the company including sales, accounting, professional services, marketing, hosting and technical operations.

    We are seeking an effective listener who can understand client concerns and requirements and negotiate mutually acceptable (sometimes creative) solutions. Ultimately, you will use Oracle's risk management profile to protect our company from adverse legal challenges and support our field organization in their efforts to sell and deliver our solutions.
