• University Diploma;
• Experience in the area of expense is an advantage (travel expense processes) as well as basic SAP knowledge in the area of accounting;
• Basics of process/project management;
• Good knowledge of MS office programs and affinity for IT and processes;
• Strategic and structured way of working;
• High tolerance for ambiguity;
• Entrepreneurial and future-oriented thinking comes easily to you;
• Ability to prioritize and bring together different points of view;
• Open mind and interest in intercultural cooperation;
• Very good written and spoken English;
• Good German is an advantage.

• As Global Process Expert you are responsible for the expense processes within the Travel to Expense Service (T2E). This contains definition/review of global standard processes, contribution of ideas for improvements, drive further improvements according to industrial standards and implementation of further standardizations and harmonization;
• Manage and conduct the daily tasks in the Expense area (e.g. support single cases of claims, reporting activities, evaluation of internal suggestions for improvements/ideation blog, ticket processing as an global expert);
• Act as a point of contact for Travel to Expense stakeholders and relevant Bosch parties (e.g. Operations Team, local teams, Finance-/ Tax-/ HR departments, Risk or Quality management) also in the further development of the Travel to Expense landscape and End2End/Expense processes on a global level;
• Manage internal interfaces for the Expense area and connect parties on specific topics (e.g. for interface projects);
• Define requirement for change requests and conduct testing;
• Support Bosch internal Merger and Acquisitions projects regarding Expense processes/interfaces and provide transparency and impact for changes within Expense area.
