    Cerinte

    • Maintain the data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures specific to HR data.
    • Ensure the compliance of the HR Data Governance with the company Data Policy & Standards.
    • Works with accountable data owners to define accountabilities and escalation paths for data across the business.
    • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
    • Engages with internal and external audit and control providers to address audit and improvement findings as the need arises.
    • Liaises with second line Risk and Compliance functions on the appropriateness of data standards implemented by the business.
    HR data analysis:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analysis frameworks for various HR processes, including Recruitment, Turnover, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Diversity, Headcount, and FTE.
    • Extract HR data from Workday, apply data formatting, perform data analysis, and create visualizations using Excel.
    • Utilize data visualization techniques to present meaningful insights and trends regarding HR activities and processes.

    Responsabilitati

    • Proven experience in HR data governance or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues across the organization.
    • Proficient in Excel, including data extraction, formatting, formula application, and data visualization.
    • Proficient in creating visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to communicate data insights effectively.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand business goals and align reporting efforts accordingly.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
    • Experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable, especially in the banking industry.
