• Organization of shifts, programming and distribution of teams on production lines;
• Team information sessions for customer complaints, technical or quality problems in the previous exchange;
• Check and supervise the technical condition of the production lines at the beginning of the exchange;
• Supervise the release start production documents;
• Process confirmation on production lines;
• Check the parts shelf and make sure it has enough components for production plus consumables for production;
• Reacts to the escalation of the head of line on personnel issues, on technical or quality issues; 
• Escalate problems according to the escalation plan;
• Evaluate operators based on skill matrix;
• Register data for IDC_RCO; 
• Organize together with the line bosses the operator breaks during production;
• Releases or blocks the production of "finished product" in accordance with the results of checks and tests carried out;
• Collaborates with other departments Log, internal TEF, TEF molding to ensure production capacities;
• Collaborate with other production departments for direct HC use;
• Organizes information sessions for KPI's during maintenance;
• Responsible for OSH and PSI training;
• Order or approve materials from Hibs;
• Presents in the morning meeting details of quality problems or technical problems in the last 24 hours of production;
• Send information by email with the results from the production lines at the end of the exchange;
• Check and fill in specific data to the head of exchange in the production-specific documents;
• 5S verification plus filling in the forms in the line;
•  Participate in maintenance for manual movements of machines or setting process parameters;
• Ensures that the lines produce as planned coming from the planner;
• Ensures that the FG for urgent orders arrives on time in the Log;
• Participate in 8-D analysis sessions, PSS as support for technical and quality details;
• Plan and approve holidays for operators and line bosses. - Transmit the list of personnel for the organization of transport;
• Promote a pleasant working environment and motivate employees;
• Improve weaknesses in the organization and professional qualification of subordinate personnel;
• These tasks are completed or excluded according to the instructions and requirements specific to the place of work where you are assigned.
