Your profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
A certificate in quality management represents an advantage
Knowledge of quality and problem-solving methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa
Qualification/ Specialization in QM/QS (IATF 16949); ISO 9001

Process of customer complaints
Coordination of documentation and PPAP products/parts
Support for process audit, as well as for customer audit
Analyzes and evaluates quality issues and approves them temporarily or permanently
Checking parts, assemblies, and systems
Process and monitor internal complaints in the quality department
Identification of potential errors and their sources considering customer specifications and internal specifications
Preparation of work instructions (e.g. visual checks, quality alerts, etc.)
Initiation and maintenance of the continuous improvement process
Usage of dedicated quality programs (e.g. CP, SPC, MSA, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D process)
Participate in the optimization and development of the Quality system
Ensure the achievement of company and department objectives
Close collaboration with the Quality Team
Collaborates with the Engineer responsible for suppliers in order to solve any complaints from customers
Perform risk analysis and analysis of quality indicators in the production area, preparing periodic reporting
Preparation of the verification process and update of the verification and control plan
Monitor and perform requalification based on process audit
Monitor the implementation of internal specifications in the process
