• Bachelor degree (Economics is a plus)
• 3-5 years of work experience - previous experience in retail real estate will be considerate as a plus
• Strong MS Office (Excel) and Internet Banking Knowledge
• Good English language
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analysis, planning and reporting skills
• Very organised and results driven

• Generate monthly financial reports for owners and management,
• Ensuring timely rent indexation in accordance with lease agreements.
• Generate invoices based on lease terms. Conduct collection activities and provide status reports on collections.
• Regularly analyse costs and budgets.
• Monitor and process supplier invoices.
• oversee the validity and renewal of tenants' bank guarantees and insurance.
• Prepare annual service charge reconciliations.
• Calculate monthly or annual turnover rent for tenants.
• Utilize company financial tools to manage financial activities.
