Essential Requirements:
• Excellent C++ programming skills, 2+ years C/C++ development experience
• Broad knowledge of the technology, structure & processes involved in games programming (e.g. AI, graphics, gameplay, pipelines etc). Being a specialist in one or more of these areas is a major bonus
• Good understanding of Software Engineering principles
• 1+ years of game industry experience
• Shipped at least 1 titles on any platform
• Practical experience with mobile development on iOS , experience with Android would be a bonus
• Experience working in the pre-production aspects of game development
• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills that supports an open working environment in terms of feedback
• Proficient oral and written communication skill in English
• A real interest in playing games and a passion to make the best games
• Good attention to detail

One of our clients has an innovative and ambitious team focused on quality and results. Since they provide the best, they are looking to work only with the best, and they expect the best.
They are currently working with a team in Dublin on two games, which are very popular and very fun. There is a tower defence game that is similar to Kingdom Rush and they are also doing a slot machine simulator. Besides maintaining these two projects, they also have another game which is currently under development. They are looking for a colleague who speaks English well, and has good experience in taking over, maintaining and developing mobile games.

Role Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design, art and production teams to devise optimal engineering solutions to gameplay requirements.
• Deliver high quality and well-structured code, with attention to reliability, scalability, maintainability and performance.
• Implement game features, Maintain and optimize new and existing game features to strict deadlines
• Write robust, quality code and maintain code quality across the team
• Identify and articulate technical and production risks and obstacles.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
