Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. All our services contributed to the global mission of developing a safer vehicle for the driver and the passengers.

Completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or related disciplines
Several years of professional experience in the technical management of complex projects and experience of successful series introduction in automotive projects
Exceptional knowledge of product development for electronic controls and systems as well as a good technical and commercial understanding
Independent and pragmatic way of working and advanced communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally as well as fluent English and German skills; Further language skills are beneficial

Responsible for technical project management for the phases of offer, realization and series introduction including cross-location management of a project team of developers
Deriving technical product strategies for a defined product family from the requirements of the market and the customer (OEM) with special consideration of cost-optimized solutions
Define the technical system specification of the product family as well as technical planning, controlling and managing of projects in cooperation with internal departments
Technical and deadline responsibility for development costs of development projects
Creation of cross-project, extensive project plans for defined product families
