Software Developer - Desktop application

What we are looking for:

• You can demonstrate examples of strong coding skills in multiple languages, one of which
one must be C#
• Understanding of Clean code, SOLID principles & Design patterns
• Good working experience on building, troubleshooting, and debugging on Windows
environments
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Working experience on any RDBMS
• Good communication skills, working with a broad range of people, including Product
Owners, Testers
• Positive approach to problem solving with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to switch role as individual contributor as well as a team player with cross culture
and distributed teams
• Good use of English language (comprehension, written and speech)
• Passion, dedication and focus
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize

Nice to have:

• Experience of software development methodologies and processes like Agile, SCRUM,
Kanban
• Experience in writing unit test cases
• CI/CD Tools and Processes in Azure DevOps
• Experience of working with Containers such as Docker
• Skillset: C#, Angular, WinForms, MVVM, WebAPI, WCF

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• You will work with the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and the Scrum Team to understand,
define and implement solution requirements in an on-prem and an AWS Cloud Environment
• Participate in Scrum meetings with other team members including sprint planning and
estimating; backlog refinement; daily Scrum meetings; sprint retrospectives and sprint
reviews
• Ensure your code is fully reviewed, unit tested and documented and delivered to agreed
quality standards
• Take part in the journey to move the product further towards a Cloud Native solution
