    Job Description Summary

    • Ensure that all business transactions are recorded by posting and processing journal entries.
    • Posting all suppliers’ invoices in the accounting system.
    • Convert all invoices that were received from e-factura to PDF.
    • Ensure that all overhead invoices receive approval.
    • Making sure payable accounts are updated and reconciled.
    • Ensure accuracy of the data uploaded into the accounting tool by performing expense reports in the HR tool.
    • Offer guidance to employees in the preparation of their expense report.
    • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting reimbursement.
    • Providing support in case of internal and external audit
    • Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas;
    • Sorting and archiving documents: invoices & expense reports

    Job Description

    • Sorting and archiving documents:  invoices & expense reports
    • 0-1 year of experience in accounting
    • Excellent organizing abilities
    • Great attention to detail
    • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
    • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant ERP (preferred SAP) is a plus
    • English (fluent, verbally and written)
