    Requirements

    Fluency in French
    Good communication and interaction skills
    Problem solving and analytical skills
    Customer service orientation
    Good PC knowledge (at user level)
    An elevated team spirit
    A previous call center experience is considered an advantage
    Willingness to work in shifts
    Experience in call center or sales would be an advantage

    Responsibilities

    Calls management, both inbound and outbound;
    Provide support to customers by phone or e-mail
    Solve special situations following the existing procedures
    Promote services and products
