� Ensuring that the appropriate templates are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
� Ensuring that the Project Accounting system accurately reflects the business need, especially in the areas of expenditure bookings, funding, task structure, invoicing approach, and revenue recognition by entering data accurately.
� Managing administrative aspects of a project together with the project owner delegated when requested.
� Demonstrating ability and aptitude to learn an internal process fast and correct within the role performed.
� Proactively supporting month, quarter and year-end cycles.
� Working with the team to ensure processes are followed and the information added in the system is accurate.
