    Requirements

    - university degree (Finance or Economics);
    - minimum 3 years experience on a similar position;
    - CECCAR certification is mandatory;
    - perfect communication skills (English), both verbal and written;
    - good knowledge of PC- Ms office (advanced Excel, Word), accounting tools- ERP (IFS would be a plus);
    - excellent attention to details;
    - self-starter and able to work without supervision;
    - able to work as a part of a team;
    - problem solving approach;
    - very good organization skills, punctuality, preciseness and accuracy;
    - very good communication skills, open and friendly character.

    Responsibilities

    - for daily bookkeeping operation to be delivered within time frame and best quality;
    - to ensure that all accounting documents and transactions are complying with local law and tax regulations;
    - to keep up to date with changes in the accounting and tax regulation;
    - to support the monthly and periodic statutory reporting process;
    - to support the monthly Group reporting process, in line with group accounting rules;
    - to input bank payments;
    - to keep cash and petty cash register;
    - to work with state authorities for labor related issues;
    - to maintain employee files and the HR filing system;
    - to ensure that the department systems and procedures are maintained and that the HR records are accurate and up-to-date;
    - to provide support for the annual appraisal system;
    - to assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
