Telemarketing Representatives

Olotels.com is a young multinational company taking the opportunity of developing the on-line business on the hotel accommodation area, running its activities in 5 international locations (France, England, Spain, Romania and China).

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE should meet the following job requirements:

Skills/experience background:

Minimum 2 years experience on a similar position; telemarketing experience would definitely represent a plus;
Almost native speaker of German/French/Italian/Spanish/English;
For candidates fluent on German/French/Italian/Spanish, at least medium level of English/Romanian is mandatory;
Any other language is a plus;
Computer literate: MS Office (World, Excel) and Internet; typing skills would represent a plus.

Main role: As a Telemarketing Representative you will develop new sales opportunities within the Olotels website, achieved mostly through outbound calls,conduct market research and qualify eligible customers.

The job holder has to perform his responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls in order to promote and sell company’s services by explaining the benefits, gather information, verify details ;
Contact all hotels from database to promote the advertising spaces from Olotels website;
Reply to hotels' requests, explain products or services, provide pricing details and handle customer questions;
Maintain sales goals, quality scores, and other key performance indicators;
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific hotels;
Obtain and update contact details of potential customers from different data source;
Record names, addresses, accounts;
Keep record of customer feedback, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken;
Maintains professional and respectful conduct when interacting with all potential customers.
