    Requirements

    - minimum 3 years work experience, preferably in financial advisory, M&A or audit positions;
    - analytical thinking, entrepreneurial focus;
    - strong quantitative, writing and interpersonal skills;
    - strong command of English;
    - good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;

    Responsibilities

    - Analysis of financial statements
    - Financial forecasting
    - Transaction documentation
    - Due diligence coordination
