IT Trainee - International EON Graduate program

• Excellent degree after a course of studies concluded within an appropriate period of time in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or Business Administration, Economics, Physics or Mathematics focusing on IT or comparable
• Internships in relevant disciplines at different companies in Germany and abroad
• International experience in conjunction with a period of study in relevant disciplines
• Preferably first practical experience in project management, consulting or IT support
• Preferably some SAP knowledge (e.g. modules CRM, BW, WF, IS-U)
• Fluency in English; ideally knowledge of German or of another foreign language
• High level of flexibility and international mobility
• Very good level of initiative and an excellent team spirit
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• High degree of self-initiative and solution-oriented attitude
• High customer and service orientation

Limitation: 24 months

• By entering the E.ON Graduate Program (EGP) you will get the opportunity to use your skills and abilities in one of the IT units of the E.ON Group. You will familiarize yourself with different functions and you will be in charge of demanding and challenging tasks.
• You will then plan subsequent placements together with your mentor. At least one placement will be at one of our many locations outside Germany.
• Our EGP follows a rotation principle, so you will get to know E.ON from a variety of perspectives, building up a personal network within the Group.
• You will regularly take part in training courses. Topics include Introduction into the Energy Business and Intercultural Effectiveness.
