Helpdesk Travel Agent FRENCH and ENGLISH

Today, Stefanini is a global services provider, delivering offshore, onshore and nearshore outsourcing, IT consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to mid-size and large companies around the world.

YOUR PROFILE:
� Proficiency in French and English ;
� Medium IT skills (MS Office package);
� Troubleshooting skills;
� Fast learner;
� Customer-oriented;
� Self motivated, positive attitude and approach;
� Previous travel agent experience is highly desirable (but not compulsory).

Your task is to provide specific software support to travel agencies and airlines customers.

You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and e-mails received.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues.

Outbound calls to customers and vendors will be sometimes necessary, in order to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems.

This function is a full time job ( 40h/week) - availability for night/weekend shifts.
