Role description
The Marketing Associate will assist the Group Sales and Marketing Verticals team and other key International SOS stakeholders with a variety of marketing and design projects. The Marketing Associate will develop sales and marketing collateral and presentations, assist with development of business cases for products enhancement geared towards specific sectors (ie: Education; NGO, Tech etc.)

Main activities
Support verticalization efforts (create or update proposals, presentations, datasheets, etc) to enhance our positioning in specific verticals

Design and modify presentations, brochures, icons, infographics, trade event signage, and other sales and marketing materials

Manage assigned sales and marketing projects including developing timeline and list of deliverables

Ensure sales and marketing collateral and information sharing platforms are current

Manage content, design, and animate global communities of vertical experts (Education, NGOs, Tech, Media, Financial Services etc.)

Video production and other multi media content (create short videos using graphics, b-roll, and imagery with voiceovers)

Provide support on live and recorded webinars

Support the sectors pages of the .com website maintenance and other online platforms (update to content, news /press releases, speaking engagements, etc)

Assist in planning, writing and managing direct email campaigns

Assist with vendor relations – obtaining quotes, translating collateral, ordering printed materials

This is an international professional internship managed by AIESEC in Romania and AIESEC in the United States. Being managed by this it means that you will have the support of both entities during your internship experience.

- Only candidates between 18 and 30 years old will be considered for the process;
The salary is 3000 USD/month;

- The duration of the job is 1 year;

- This job opportunity is held in Phoenix, United States;

- If selected by the company you must pay a administrative fee of 250 Euros.
