With 6,000 employees and a wide range of jobs, Rompetrol has operations in Europe and Central Asia, from oil trading and refining to petrochemicals production, retail and marketing of petroleum products to providing services to other operators in the Energy industry.
Cerinte
University Degree – Economic/Technical background is preferred;
2 years of experience in compensation and benefits area;
Knowledge of compensation & benefits practices and reporting tools;
Advanced English language skills;
Strong numerical and analytical skills;
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
High level of IT literacy and use of Microsoft office packages;
Proficiency in/experience using HR Information Systems would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains job evaluation process and job grading in order to ensure that all positions in the group have up to date evaluations and are appropriately graded for the purpose of administering remuneration, benefits and all the relates procedures;
- Coordinates the participation in appropriate pay market surveys and /or otherwise procure relevant pay market information, calibrate policy and practice against these and make recommendations on improvements to the remuneration and benefits policies and practice;
- Carries out general reviews of employee compensation and benefits packages in order to establish the current pay practice versus the market and recommend actions to maintain competitiveness; calculates the financial impact of different scenarios; provides input for the annual budgeting process for the compensation and benefits area;
- Administers the contracts with the service suppliers within the compensation and benefits area in order to ensure cost optimization and the provision of the best quality services / benefits for the employees;
- Recommends improvements to compensation and benefits policy and procedures so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to internal customers.
