-Solid experience on a senior sales or general management position within the Romanian agricultural machines and equipment industry.
-Detailed knoledge about the local agricultural machines and equipments market.
-Management skills – experience in building and motivating teams of at least 50 people
-Fluent English
-Availability to travel extensively
-Availability to relocate to Timisoara

- Effectively manage and develop the company's subsidiary in Romania
- Identify and exploit business opportunities at the local market
- Maintain and further increase the market share of the company through the represented brands
- Motivate the employees to achieve the best possible results.
- Prepare and achieve the annual budgets.
- Control the performance and the financial results of the subsidiary.
- Ensure the transfer of know-how and company culture and utilise functional support from the holding and sister companies.
- Manage the company to adhere to the local regulations
