For our client, Magneti Marelli, we are looking for fresh graduates from Engineering / Scientific Faculties who would like to start their career in automotive industry, by being a part of the R&D Center, in Cluj.

A permanent contract is offered, in the Product Development department.

The candidate will be hired for the following activities:
·       SW Development;
·       SW System Integration;
·       SW Architecture.

The ideal candidate is a young graduate, willing to be part of a training program that permits to improve technical skills and to work in an international, innovative and dynamic organizational context.

Who’s the ideal candidate for the program:
Young Master Graduate in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics;
Course of study focused on embedded real time systems, knowledge of C/C++ languages, Linux Operating Systems;
Thesis/internship on  embedded systems subjects is a plus;
Knowledge about Software Engineering Processes is a plus;
Languages: fluent English, previous experience in working or studying abroad is appreciated;
Interest in the automotive field.

What is the program about:
Training course performed directly with line managers and with trainers highly qualified in Automotive topics;
Personalized training plan, aimed at the development of Hard & Soft Skills;
Monitoring of the training through sharing and feedback.
