    What will you need to be successful in this role?

    You have previous sales experience in B2B sector, ideally in online and/or HR-related functions;
    You have excellent communication skills, you are a good negotiator and have good presentation skills;
    You are energetic, results-driven, accountable, fast learner, with strong analytical skills;
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

    As an Account Manager for our Jobs category within the OLX Group you will be responsible for driving customer relationship excellence, becoming a trusted advisor for our clients, with a keen focus on delivering the best solutions to meet their recruitment needs.

    What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

    New key account clients acquisition for OLX Jobs platform and OLX Jobs CV tool;
    Maintaining key account relationships and upselling with new products / services;
    Developing trust-based relations with clients;
    Participating in industry events - ., career events, HR summits, etc.;
    Actively getting involved in shaping the product development with insights from clients and the market;
    Working collaboratively with Customer Support and other Sales functions to ensure the best level of client service.
