Project and Continuous Improvement Leader, Location: Brasov

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering of Manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management and continuous improvement - in a manufacturing environment
• Strong record of working with project management and continuous improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Project management qualification/certification is desirable
• Green belt certification is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project
• Very good English – mandatory
• German is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and projects to successful completion

• Providing leadership and guidance for the project management and lean transformation activity throughout the company
• Playing a key role in the development of a centralized Project Management and Continuous Improvement function
• Supporting cross-functional, inter-site teams, in technology transfer, new product introduction and business integration of new products
• Providing full cycle project management support from initial planning through detailed scheduling and implementation
• Planning and managing continuous improvement projects in line with the business strategy
• Providing lean principles and project management training for the company’s employees
• Instructing the people in the company in Problem Solving technics (trains by seeing and by doing), process documentation and analysis
• Conducting follow-up for every event to ensure project completion and improvements’ implementation
