Good command of MS Excel and Outlook;
Very good communication skills (being able to listen, to understand and to give proper feedback);
Accept to work under shifts, 24*7.
Being able to stay focused under stress;
Advanced knowledge of English
Very good attention to details;
Being able to adapt quickly to changes of information;
Being able to work with time limits;
Being able to focus on multiple tasks at once and to assimilate a large amount of information in short period of time.
Receiving and processing requests for spare parts (via email, web platform or phone) efficiently in the company's ticketing system;
Maintaining constant collaboration with warehouses as well as customers to ensure delivery of spare parts within the service level agreement;
Allocate stock for pending to de delivered items;
Reply to all customer queries within the given deadlines, efficiently and effectively;
Keep a detailed report of the incoming and handled requests.
