    Requirements

    Professional Skills:

    - Student or graduate, preferably in Economics / Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures / Sociology and Social Assistance / Psychology and Education Sciences
    - Minimum of experience in a similar position or internship
    - Good level in all MS Office Applications (Excel, Word) is required
    - Advanced level of understanding, speaking and writing in English
    - Experience in professional phone and e-mail communication is a plus
    - Working experience would be a plus

    - Time management and organisational skills
    - Ability to pay attention to details
    - Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required

    Responsibilities

    - Assisting the team (2 Consultants and 2 Junior Consultants) in executing recruitment assignments: schedule meetings, managing the correspondence with the candidates, greeting candidates and clients, answering questions regarding the company’s activities
    - Participating in the preparation of project-related documents, either in Romanian or in English (job descriptions, candidate reports)
    - Offering support in business development activities, drafting briefs and presentations, tender files, cold calling
    - Updating the internal database
    - Covering regular secretarial duties and administrative activities such as: managing the daily agenda, handling correspondence, answering calls and e-mails, ordering office supplies
    - Organising trips (including flights) for Candidates and Consultants
