    -Minimum 1 year experience in one of the following areas: affiliate/account management, talent acquisition,online marketing or B2B
    -Proficient in English, both written and verbal
    -Affinity for technology and social media
    -Excellent communication skills
    -A friendly and positive attitude
    -Analytic mind with great persuasive and negotiation skills


    -Identify and recruit new affiliates within the U.S. market that are capable of driving volumes
    -Negotiate and manage agreements and commission structures for your affiliates
    -Handle incoming emails and calls from prospective affiliates and networks and answers to their questions
    -Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
    -Present regular analysis reports based on agreed KPIs
    -Keep up to date on affiliate Industry trends and developments
    -Effectively coordinate with other team members and departments
    -Have experience of additional marketing channels (i.e. email, ppc, display)
