•Master's degree in Engineering;
•Minimum 4 years’ experience within Purchasing in an industrial environment, preferably automotive industry;
•International mind set;
•Minimum bi-lingual (fluent English required);
•Experience including an international assignment would be an advantage
•Strong analytical capabilities;
•Ability to work in a matrix organization;
•In charge to support the Productivity related to the global material spend of the division, evaluating the feasibility of the productivity ideas and ensuring their implementation to enable the Division in meeting their profitability;
•In charge of the Steering committee organization to present the productivity action risks;
•Responsible for promoting and awarding the best business case at the Division/product line level;
•Responsible for reporting to the TVO manager inside the Purchasing organization;
•Responsible for standardizing the productivity process according to the BG guidelines;
•Responsible for coordinating the inputs from all the functions contribution (plant, CBU, PC&L, R&D) to achieve the actions implementation;
•In charge to organize and animate the internal and external VAVE workshops;
•Ensures the monthly job performance evaluation criteria: total value optimization budget achievement, effective internal and external network management;
•Contributes and ensures the coaching regarding the correct tools selection and effective implementation (Lean, Cost model workshops etc);
•Coordinates the activities with the commodity representatives to develop the Supplier workshops and value-creation initiatives;
•Works with the CBU & Plant leaders to develop the cross-functional/cross-program/cross-plant value creation activities to eliminate silos;
•Reviews and secures, with Controlling functions (CBU/Plant) the reporting for the TVO process;
•Ensures the overall Financial tracking, TVO Forecast versus Budget, by Operational scope, with support from the Purchasing controller;
•Reports the TVO Project status at TVO-SC monthly for his/ her perimeter.
