- Minimum 2 years in a recruitment role of all levels of employees (mass-recruitment, specialist and middle/management positions);
- Previous experience in a construction company;
- Bachelor degree, preferable in Psychology or Sociology;
- Very good knowledge of English language (writing and speaking) is a must;
- Strong communicator with a high degree of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives;
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently on projects.
- Coordinates the entire recruitment processes for the open roles in the company;
- Identifies suitable candidates using different searching techniques;
- Explores new recruitment strategies, channels and solutions and implement recruiting best practices;
- Posts job ads on internal and external platforms;
- Conducts phone, Skype and face-to-face interviews;
- Handles the offering process in the hiring of the candidate;
- Keeps the correspondence with the selected candidates and offers feedback to candidate;
- Reports, maintain the databases and recruitment reports up-to-date.
