Programator PLC

Descrierea pozitiei:

· Designs and manages the implementation of electrical and automation solutions for production equipments

· Diagnosis of equipments and industrial robots malfunction based on the operating programs in use

· Identifies and applies the appropriate technical solutions for solving issues related to the production machines and vision inspection equipments

· Is involved in the management of on-line programs and error analysis

· Identifies, analyses and eliminates system errors

· Takes part to the maintenance of programs in use and of electro-mechanical components, managing replacement of damaged components for industrial equipments

· Monitors and supervises the well functioning of the automation equipments in the plant

· Support for other departments in developing and implemeting continuous improvement measures
 

Cerinte:

· Electrical or Automation university degree or equivalent

· 2-3+ years of proven experience in the field of service and maintenance of industrial equipment / complex electro-mechanical systems in a multinational company

· Production environment background, especially automotive

· Experience in developing Step 7 PLC programs and WinCC Flexible programs for Simens HMI panels

· Experience in developing electrical documentation for industrial machines using Eplan software

· Advanced English - writing and reading; German language knowledge is a plus

· Business-oriented and proactive personal;

· Analytical thinking and attention to details;

· Responsible, self-confident, hard working and client-oriented

· Willing to travel to Jimbolia and work in shifts
