    Requirements

    Candidatul ideal

    - Excellent English in both oral and written communication
    - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly having high level of expertise in Excel
    - Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
    - Requires minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
    - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical and analytic role
    - Communication and detailed oriented type, deadline focused
    - Positive and open-minded

    Responsibilities

    - Supervise specific site costs allocation per commodity, power, gas, water and carbon
    - Accountable for activating, collecting and archiving the customer’s bill, from supplier’s websites as well as directly from emails and faxes
    - Validate the bills following the processes linked to this activity and reporting the results to the Bureau Account Managers on a regular basis
    - Support in resolving queries on the bill when required depending on the SLAs of the customers
    - Report regularly to the Bureau Account Manager in the customer bill cycle on the set up and validation status
    - Verify and update on a regular basis the availability of bills and the customer bill based on the internal customer priority list
    - Verify and update templates on energy regulations, charges, indexes and taxes, supervise and check the client budget reports in order to ensure accuracy and quality
    - Provide support to the Bureau Services Manager with specific projects, service improvement initiatives and other duties as required
