    Requirements


    Requirements:
    o Knowledge of project management methodologies (primarily waterfall)
    o Experience in managing medium-size projects with multiple teams – ideally also in multisite environment
    o Fair knowledge of technological stack, ideally experience with Unix/Linux, databases & SQL, cloud based infrastructure
    o Excellent presentation & communication skills and ability to organize and conduct status meetings, presentations, etc.
    o Ability to build & maintain trusting relationships with internal and client stakeholders
    o Driver of activities, good discipline in tracking to plan and initiating escalations
    o Problem solving skills and ability to multitask
    o Excellent command of English language – ideally also conversational in French

    Technical Support Management (TSM) Team is providing technical expertise for all aspects related to technical environment of business applications (user, application and schedule management), production and test deployments, infra-activities, various projects. TSM is responsible for assessing system requirements, helping installation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of all the systems/equipment/applications involved.

    Activities: Lead projects related to infrastructure/technical improvements – several projects simultaneously:
    o Clarify project scope: liaise with experts, design and estimate target technical solutions as per stakeholder requirements
    o Plan all phases of technical projects and ensure alignment with all internal and client stakeholders: management, infrastructure teams, development teams, etc.
    o Design project governance and communication plan
    o Coordinate project resources, manage risks and issues related to projects
    o Manage project related communications, track & report progress to plan, ensure appropriate escalation, prepare & conduct status meetings, stage gates & project closure
