Technician degree / associate degree
3 to 5 years in Automotive or at Supplier
Operational Quality or Operational Production

Overview the incidents detected on his/ her site and ensures QR reactivity is met in accordance with Group Standard 24hrs / 5 days / 10 days rule – he monitors as well the PD and CA reactivity.
Contact supplier as soon as the supplier response to the initial claim is unsatisfactory to get the supplier to organize the containment and/or replacement of stock;
In case of problematic supplier performs audits/ visits to supplier;
Confirm the robustness of the containment by looking for recurrence after containment has been set
Verify the yearly conformity of the purchased components in accordance with the stage 7 of the AQP.pp (Yearly Initial Samples approval)
Manage PQA status (to grant a remove PQA status physically and in the system)
Ensure 5S in the quarantine areas
Ensure respect of the health & safety & environmental requirements in the quarantine areas
