Sales Executive - Inside Sales

Previous track record of managing an inside sales team.
A minimum A- level education with a preferred degree level qualification or equivalent.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of over achievement against assigned sales quotas both as a salesperson and as a manager
Will have acquired an in-depth knowledge of commercial/sales issues preferably within a payroll/HR software or service environment
Must have proven solution sales experience at a management level with the ability to inspire confidence within a growing team
Must be able to delegate and co-ordinate workloads to achieve overall objectives within specified time and budget.
Will be able to review and measure progress against specific criteria and take necessary corrective action where appropriate.
Must demonstrate sufficient flexibility to be able to adapt and respond to the meet the needs of shifting goals.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, personal integrity and a positive attitude in all dealings with colleagues/clients
Fluency in English and one of the following languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch)

We are searching for a talented Sales Manager for our Inside Sales Team here in Bucharest that can bring new expertise and industry best practices to the team and help us achieve our ambitious goals. The Sales Manager will be required to develop the long term sales strategy and effectively provide leadership and direction to the team they are managing. You will be managing a team of target driven, quota carrying Sales Associates who are selling ADP's products and services into companies across EMEA.
To manage the performance of the sales team on a daily basis, co-ordinating resources, monitoring activity, and where necessary initiating corrective action to ensure sustainable delivery of results
To manage sales opportunities through direct reports
Provide accurate monthly forecasts
Recruit, develop and coach team members to fulfil their potential
Motivate, coach and direct the team to achieve both revenue and new business sales targets
To liaise closely with the DVP of Sales and colleagues within the Inside Sales and EMEA Sales organisations in pursuance of a consistent approach to sales/product/commercial strategy.
