    Minimum 1 year of data center specific sales experience as a specialist inside or field
    General understanding of basic backup software architectures
    Ability and willingness to maintain specific product expertise
    High sales activity and proven experience managing demand generation programs
    Strong messaging skills coupled with financial sales capabilities
    Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
    Willingness and passion to learn more about the data protection market including technologies, trends, and the competitive landscape


    Maintaining productive relationships with Dell EMC Commercial ISRs and TSRs in your territory.
    Drive DPS sales within the teams and/or territories you are assigned and make sure DPS offer is proposed to each customer every day
    Supporting Dell EMC Commercial ISRs on quoting/pricing and ordering together with DPS Business operation of the territory
    Developing and delivering training content to ISRs & TSRs on DPS portfolio
    Running targeted demand generation activities
    Actively selling on the phone with your Dell EMC Commercial ISR counterparts when required
