    University degree (preferably Economics, Commerce)
    Good understanding of the HORECA market in Romania
    Proven capabilities in planning, organizing and managing resources
    Very good expertise in wholesale/ retail / Horeca business
    Strong people management skills, proven leadership abilities, diplomacy
    Requires specific market knowledge (sourcing, payment terms, critical paths, business mechanics etc.)
    Creative ability to identify new strategic opportunities
    Proven sales professional and profit-oriented
    Consultative sales approach
    Exceptional lead contact and prospect follow-up
    Solid work ethic with exceptional communication & negotiation skills
    Strong organizational and time management skills


    Fulfilling the sales targets in the allocated region
    Developing company’s portfolio, by market research and identification of new clients
    Developing and monitoring the partnership relations, offering customer support
    Doing joint customer visit with the Sales Consultants and train/coach them on best practices
    Monitoring the sales results and identifying areas of improvement
    ​Understanding of customer needs and finding solutions/alternatives
